Your name, email, store address, message and optional screenshots are sent through Resend to SIM Digital Labs’ support mailbox. We use them to respond to and manage your request; this form does not subscribe you to marketing.
Images are sent as email attachments and are not published. This website keeps a temporary technical record containing the reference number, submission time and email-service identifiers, with no copy of your message or images. These records expire after seven days and are cleared on subsequent submissions. Hashed anti-abuse counters expire within a day. The support conversation remains in our email systems; contact hello@simdigitallabs.com with privacy or deletion requests.
