01 / Install as a draft

1. Back up your existing theme and obtain the theme installation ZIP for the intended version.
2. In Shopify admin, open Online Store → Themes → Add theme / Import theme → Upload ZIP. Keep the installation file compressed; do not upload a development archive.
3. Open the unpublished theme in the editor. Configure your logo, colors, fonts, navigation, homepage and actual product selections.

Theme files do not import products, collections, menus, apps, payments or shipping rules. Configure these separately in Shopify.

Lumerelle / Configuration priorities

1. Select real collections and the designer product with its available scent/size variants.
2. Set label choices and production limits; verify properties on the cart line.
3. Select optional gift products and configure genuine Shopify discount codes before enabling promotions.

02 / Check before publishing

• Review homepage, collection, product, search and cart on mobile and desktop.
• Test variants, required personalization, quantity, totals and cart persistence.
• Check keyboard navigation, readable colors, image descriptions and working links.
• Verify your actual shipping, policies, apps and Shopify checkout journey before a store launch.

Updates & troubleshooting

Install updates as a new draft and keep your current theme as a backup. Review custom code and app blocks. If a section is empty, check product publication, selected collections, template assignment and market availability.
